GRAND HYATT MACAU, Macau – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with amazing views of both the fountain and the pool at night. The rooms exceeded my expectations, offering stunning vistas of the Wynn palace fountain and the Macau airport. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had!

The hotel rooms were absolutely gorgeous, with a giant king-sized bed, an L-shaped sofa, and an enormous bathroom with double sinks, a huge tub, and a rain shower. The view of the fountain was fantastic, and the room was well-decorated and well-cleaned, resembling an apartment space. However, the size was large but lacked any special features.

The hotel provides really big rooms with everything you need to freshen up after a day at the pool. The rooms are good, comfortable, and spacious, offering ample storage for extended trips. However, the check-in and check-out processes could be a bit slow, especially for guests wanting to explore areas outside the casinos in Macau. The free shuttle service helps to mitigate this inconvenience.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful, although it would be nice to have some early morning exercise options before breakfast. The service was exceptional, especially at the Grand club lounges, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby hotels and attractions. The dining experience was top-notch with great taste and choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with just minor improvements needed in room amenities.

I recently stayed in the Grand Deluxe Suite at the hotel and found it to be spacious with large twin beds, ample closet space, and a well-equipped bathroom that included a full bath and a lovely rain shower. The room was one of the best I've seen in Macau for a while.
